Our Twitter Feed

On our feed we aim to amplify information across a diverse range of under-the-radar activity – in music, sound art, acoustic ecology, sonic journalism and beyond – that we think contributes in various ways towards human flourishing, civic participation and sustainability. We want our feed to be a place where you can plug into a more civically-engaged world of sound and music; discover alternative practices and projects we don’t normally hear about; and feel more inspired and hopeful about the creative and social possibilities we can explore through the sonic arts.

Tomorrow at 7PM EST, @PrisonArts will be hosting “Understanding and Responding to Mass Incarceration”. This conversation will explore art-making inside the prison industrial complex. Today is the official deadline to submit your work for ISSUE THREE! However, if you need an extra few days (too many Easter eggs, maybe), then you can still submit your work for consideration until the 7TH APRIL to this email: sonic.scope@gold.ac.uk
